• Planning kickoff: one onboarding call + access to our Google Planning Suite via HoneyBook
• Ongoing text message support + two one-hour calls leading up to 60 days before the event, then unlimited access to me as we finalize the plan together
• Custom wedding timeline built from your priorities and vendor logistics
• Vendor liaison: week-of confirmations, delivery windows, and point-of-contact day-of
• Floor plan review + seating and layout guidance
• Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
• Wedding-day management (up to 10–12 hours): lead coordinator on site; assistant as needed
• Décor oversight: set-up of client-provided items (welcome table, signage, place cards, favors, guest book)
• Ceremony cueing: processional lineup, music/DJ cues, officiant support, family seating
• Reception flow: grand entrance, toast timing, cake/dessert or specialty moment, bouquet/last-dance cues
• Issue handling: timeline adjustments, vendor troubleshooting,
