Wedding Management does not include full venue cleanup, trash removal, bussing, breakdown of tables and chairs, extensive décor strike, rental return management, or packing large quantities of décor unless specifically arranged.
For weddings with extensive décor, larger guest counts, multiple locations, or significant end-of-night needs, additional assistants or customized support may be recommended.
During planning, we’ll review your décor, venue expectations, and end-of-night logistics together to create a realistic support plan for your event.

Support with select personal décor items, meaningful belongings, or smaller pre-planned pack-up needs may be included depending on the event and overall logistics.

For venues located more than approximately one hour from Grass Valley, additional travel fees and overnight accommodations may be required to help ensure timely arrival, adequate preparation, and the level of support your wedding deserves.
Travel needs are reviewed individually based on location, timeline, and overall event logistics and will always be discussed transparently in advance.
