Travel is included in your rate for Sacramento and Lake Tahoe weddings, so there's no separate travel fee. For weddings farther out, lodging may be required depending on the venue and timeline. Your rate also includes one venue visit, and additional visits are $150 each if you'd like extra time onsite before the wedding.

At the 45-day call, we finalize décor and setup details, confirm your ceremony layout and procession order, and prepare final documents for vendor outreach.
